We have recently had our bathroom fully renovated.John (director) undertook this job, whilst they were on his company's Christmas party and promised to deliver an outstanding outcome. I am thankful that he made time for me on this special day for him and his staff and accepted to assist me with the installation of our bathroom double vanity (2 under mount basins, stone, tallboy/cupboard & mirror).John and his team were very considerate, friendly and helpful. The quality of work is exceptional, his price was very reasonable and they took care of the house when completing the job. Reliable and communication was great when discussing how we wanted things done and when. John's high standard of skills and workmanship were proven on our high demanding & challenging bathroom renovation.I need to mention that a variety of workers from Your Way Design attended our property, from the guys that delivered the vanity pieces, to the installer (Tahaa), who was very efficient & quick in installing them, we were amazed of the time he took to place all the pieces together, to finally the mirror installer as well as Joe who came in to complete the final touches and was very friendly and helpful.Missed to state, Fady, who is a very skilled handyman who finished the silicone and who takes pride in his work and gives real attention to detail. Big shout out too to Lara (receptionist) who was extremely proactive from the beginning to the end and was a pleasure to work with. Professional, efficient and most importantly a lovely lady that had always a positive attitude and will provide an answer to my question each time within reasonable time.Overall, the standard and quality of work delivered by John and his team was excellent and we were extremely happy with the end result.John got on with the job without any fuss and we would certainly recommend him without hesitation. If you are after a professional bathroom or kitchen renovation and looking for someone who is passionate about his work then don't go anywhere else. John and his team are efficient, courteous, respectful, great communicators, honest and very reliable.Fantastic job and a great team , we would highly recommend John & his team (Your Way Design) to everyone. Highly recommend Your Way Design for anyone looking for a quality kitchen at fair prices. They were professional, friendly, happy to answer queries and great with their communication from beginning to end!The care they have for their clients is apparent the moment you step through the door and it was so lovely meeting and working with the Your Way Design team from initial design through to installation!Thank you to Albert, Lara, Anthony, John, Justin and Joe for the incredible service...we’re so happy with the final outcome will definitely be back for future projects!!!

YourWay design did a great job constructing my mum's kitchen. As mentioned in another post, projects can have issues, but YourWay are wonderful at resolving any problems with no fuss. Having had some bad luck with renovations in the past, they were also great at managing my mum's anxious questions!! The whole is team is great but Justin has been a standout - one of the best people I have worked with his calm reassuring demeanour.

What a refreshing way of renovating your old kitchen. Starting with our first impromptu meeting with John one Saturday designing, constructing and finishing our custom Kitchen and laundry was a pleasurable experience with YWD’s John, Albert, Justin and the various tradesmen that attended the site. As a retired Architect my expectations are high in terms of design and quality of and YWD met that in volumes. All projects have construction issues to be resolved and agreed between parties and YWD performed those expeditiously with no fuss. Many thanks to John, we would highly recommend YWD to anyone considering a Kitchen or Laundry renovation project.An extremely happyTrixie and Matthew

I would like to thank the whole team at yourway design for the beautiful kitchen they built for us.They took care of the whole process from design to organising all the contractors that worked on our project, from gyprock, electrical, plumbing, stone benchtop and installation.The cabinetry is top class ,they truly are a one stop shop when it comes to all things kitchen.They were very professional and listened to us with what we wanted, they definitely went the extra mile,always returning our calls when we needed to make changes.Thank you John Nemer(awesome job)the kitchen is AMAZING and thank you Justin for your prompt response in running things smoothly, it was a pleasure working with you and your team.God bless you both and your family's.Lisa and Roger

I got a custom walk-in wardrobe from YourWay Design and loooooove it! Not only is the design exactly what I had envisaged and it is great quality, but they were able to help me keep to my budget and it was the best customer service that I have experienced in a long time - everyone from sales, design, and production were fantastic. My husband and I decided on Your Way Design as they were a local company and were responsive to our initial enquiry.There were a few changes to the original plans and John dealt with our questions promptly. As we were located only minutes away from the office, John was able to pop by and go through any concerns I had.The cabinet installers were great even when there was issues they promptly attended to the matter.We am extremely please with the our new kitchen, as the old kitchen was not functional and had very limited bench and storage space. Not ideal for a chef in the family.Now that we have so much storage the only issue is where we want to put things.Special thanks to John and Lara who dealt with most of our enquires.We would definitely recommend Your Way Design.

The project management was far beyond expectations. The designs and custom fittings are stunning. The communications, responsiveness, and support were top class.I'm so pleased I chose to work with YourWay Design for a new kitchen, bathroom, laundry and built in wardrobe - plus all project management.I decided to go with YourWay after overhearing John on the phone refusing to cut corners because it was his company's reputation and workmanship at stake. I explained I had a tight timeframe but I wanted the work done properly. From there, I was constantly rushing to keep up with them as they were working faster than I could get the appliances, fittings and tiles I'd chosen delivered.As with any major project, especially on an old house, there were challenges but the team constantly came up with solutions and I was updated - usually daily, frequently more often. I am certain I saved many thousands of dollars, and weeks (if not months) having the benefit of their project management, industry knowledge and contacts. I did not have to make a single call to ask for an update.The custom cabinetry is beautiful. Lara was so easy to work with to design it, and the joinery and installation is perfect. In particular the pantry and the wardrobe are above and beyond. If you are considering new cabinetry I could not recommend more highly.Lastly, the attention to detail was great. Work was checked frequently and if anything didn't meet standard it was fixed fast. I know a lot of people who are now jealous of the experience I had on a major project with such great builders. Thanks team!

Hi there !I've been a Master Builder and Real Estate Agent for 50 years so I do know houses and kitchens............and when I needed to renew my own home Kitchen this year I was of course a rather fussy customer........!As a point of interest my previous Kitchen installers (10 years back) had to come back 32 (THIRTY-TWO !) times to fix faults and errors ! For good money I do demand good service.........So for me Anthony and Lara had to deliver a really top product in a reasonable timeframe and at a reasonable cost AND THEY DID !Only one of their subcontractors fried to get away with bad quality work and bad quality attitude........but Anthony quickly had a more professional tradesman take over and finish the job to my satisfaction.The completed kitchen looks great, works great, and we found YourWayDesign is a great family company to deal with. Any requests were actioned by Lara quickly and efficiently. I recommend their services and products highly, and I will definitely be back in touch with Anthony on our next build job or Reno............ONE MONTH LATER.....Well here's a bit more interesting news ! After a month we found that our dishwasher wasn't able to slide back far enough, and the adjacent cupboard door would be soon be damaged with continual contact and rubbing.........Ssooooooooo....we complained !And guess what happened !They sent a Repair Installer out who made some alterations, and then sent their Plumber out to finalise the refitting, and before we knew it the whole thing was completed REAL QUICK ! And a darn good job too !!Thank you Anthony and Lara..............

I was really happy with the patience and the tolerance they had with so many changes I made. The team is great and I was able to communicate well with all members of the team. I was given many ideas whilst trying to design my kitchen and built-ins. The price was very fair and the final product is great quality.Highly recommended!!!

After obtaining several quote we decided to go with Yourway Design who was recommended to us through a friend. I found John and all the others in the office, very genuine, respectful people who really take pride in their work, including the team that installed the kitchen.It was easy to communicate if I had any questions & they would always return my calls.
